About Trainer Hassan Davis

Hailing from Paterson, NJ Hassan is a full time personal trainer.  Hassan has been an athlete his whole life, he played basketball at Carl Sandburg College and soon afterwards fell in love with martial arts.  He studied Go Gu Ryu Karate and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. Hassan specializes in MMA, Kickboxing and Cardio Fitness. He brings a high energy attitude to his Mixed Martial Arts workout techniques!
