I don’t have upper body strength; can I still attend the pole class?

Yes!  You will gain upper body strength over time.  Everyone will start on the same level regardless of previous experience to learn proper technique, however we will not hold you back if you are naturally talented.  You will be amazed at your ability as you continue your lessons.

Is there a weight restriction?

Yes, for the pole dancing aerobics class only, you must not exceed 240 lbs in weight.

I am pregnant, can I still attend the classes?

Usually yes, but we recommend that you consult with your doctor.

I have many friends to refer, is there a program in place for many referrals?

Yes, you will receive $4 class credit for every person you refer when they arrive for their class. You will aslo receive $50 class credit for every party that you refer on the day of their arrival!

I would like to cancel my class reservation, will I be penalized?

Please cancel your reservation as soon as possible via online or telephone. Reservations for classes with limited number of students such as pole dancing aerobics, chair dancing, workshops, etc must be given a 24 hour cancellation notice, or you may be penalized.

Can I receive discounted rates for my first ME class and first pole dancing aerobics class?

One studio promotion can not be combined with another in-house studio promotion or a third party studio promotion.



Studio Polices

Register
Please register in advance for pole dancing aerobics, chair dancing, and/or workshops online.  Returning students can also register via email or telephone.  You must register even if you currently have a class package.  Walk-ins are welcome but we can not guarantee admittance.  All ME classes (except chair dancing) require no prior reservation.

Amenities
Bathroom, shower and dressing rooms are available at the studio. Mats are available.


Safety 1st
For your safety in pole dancing aerobics class and comfort please avoid wearing ANY LOTIONS, OILS, and jewelry to class.
